Sabellico’s Tree & Shrub Return Policy

Store Credit - No Cash Refunds

   

Growing and selling the highest quality plants since 1950. Sabellico’s is inspected by New York State annually to be pest and disease free. After leaving our premises, we have no control over and are not responsible for problems resulting from issues like improper planting and watering, insufficient care, pest and animal problems, road salt, frost or drought. Annuals, Herbs, Perennials, Houseplants and Vegetable Plants are not covered by any guarantee.

 

Trees & Shrubs left in their grow pots or unplanted balled & burlapped plants need to be cared for and monitored daily, especially for water. These need to be planted in the ground as soon as possible. Trees & Shrubs planted in containers and not in the ground are not covered by this return policy nor are Rhododendrons, Roses or Azaleas.

 

Our staff will make every effort to help you resolve any problems with your tree or shrub.  After thoroughly inspecting the plant which has failed within 12 months of purchase, a replacement plant or store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the plant ~ one time only.  This store credit will expire one year after the date of issue and is not valid in our Floral Shop.

 

In order to activate this return policy on your purchase of trees and shrubs, we will need your customer information and email at the time of purchase. This will allow us to easily verify your purchase. It will also help us to contact you will helpful advice in case of drought or other problems that crop up.

 

In order to receive a credit:

  1. Return the plant to our Tree & Shrub Yard for inspection.
  2. Have a dated Sabellico’s receipt no more than 12 months old. No credit will be issued without a receipt or verification of purchase.



Sabellico's Loyalty Program

When you come in and are ready to checkout, give us your info and we will add your information to our POS system. We will then be able to track your purchases and award points for those purchases.

Make sure to let us know your name, phone number and email so we can track any subsequent purchases and make sure you continue getting your rewards.

The bottom of your receipt will have the points that you have accrued with that purchase and all the points that you have already earned. These points can be used in our greenhouses and florist shop.

The Loyalty Program is open only to retail customers.
