There are many ways to use roses in the garden since they grow in such a wide variety of forms: climbers, long-stemmed florist tea roses, ground covers and tree roses. Newer varieties have greater disease resistance, therefore making growing roses easier than ever. All roses need full sun. HYBRID TEAS Typical hybrid teas are large, elegantly shaped roses with a high center and many petals, opening from long, pointed buds. Repeat blooming throughout the season. Wide range of colors. Upright, formal, compact. Fragrance varies from variety to variety. Grandifloras are cross of hybrid tea roses and floribunda roses.
